Back At It
I jumped back into my training on Wednesday, feeling a little behind and a bit discouraged. At this point last year, I was completing my first forty mile week. Still, there is no need to hurry. I plan to build the miles slowly, back off when I feel a bit of rest is needed and make it to race day without suffering any major delays. I had a good base when I left and I’m pretty sure I can ease into my program and be back on track in four weeks.
