This is blog will act as my running journal as I train for my second attempt at the infamous 26.2. I will post workouts, progress, and some of what I learn along the way. This will be my second marathon. My first race taught me a great deal about running, training, nutrition, injury prevention and myself. I hope to put everything I have learned to use as I attempt to reach my goal of a sub-three hour marathon.
